Marrakesh: Talking baseball at Les Premices

Over the course of the day, we played phone tag with the father and daughter from Chicago.  Or rather SMS tag wherever we could find WiFi access.  Somehow, we managed to set up a meeting place at Café Arabe, the place where we got directions the first night.  This was one of those cases where you miss cell phones.

We had dinner at Les Premices, a restaurant overlooking the square.  I had harira, the spicy tomato-based soup and a lamb tagine, while Sudha had a vegetable tagine.  The food was okay.  But it was nice to talk about baseball and other travels.

One last walk through the square and then our evening was done…
