One more airplane movie and still time to kill. So one more review...
This movie lived up to its reputation and reviews. It was terrible. The plot was confusing and disjointed. It was difficult to figure out what exactly was going on until maybe halfway into the movie. For all that was spent on special effects, they didn't look impressive. It felt more like a SyFy channel movie.
It was supposed to be based on an archetypal science fiction book and maybe the story presented better in a written form. But in a movie it just did not work. Very little in character development and it was hard to get an affinity for any of the characters. Acting wasn't very good either. Money was spent on special effects not actors and actresses.
Rating: 2/10
This is a hilarious review - I'm hearing/seeing a lot of complaints about this movie who are taking long-haul flights. I really hope it is off the planes before I go on my trip.
